Land & projects
Do you own land near a substation, a switchgear station or a major road? Or do you have a battery or solar project seeking financing or a buyer? Tell us about it – we will come back to you with an assessment.
Lease out land for a battery park, solar park or charging station
We are looking for land where a battery park, solar park or charging station can be connected to the grid. You retain ownership of the land and receive fixed lease income for the term of the agreement.
What we are looking for
- Close to the grid: ideally near a substation or switchgear station
- Battery park: often from around 0.5–2 hectares is enough
- Solar park: larger, contiguous areas – often from around 5 hectares
- Charging station: a location by a major road, retail park or logistics corridor – a smaller plot is often enough
- Flat, accessible land: arable land, pasture, industrial land or unproductive land with road access
How it works
- Register your land using the form – it is free of charge and places you under no obligation.
- We carry out an assessment of grid capacity, location and site conditions.
- Lease agreement if the land is suitable – we cover studies, permits and construction.

Is your project seeking financing or a buyer?
We review battery and solar projects at every stage – from early concept to ready-to-build or operational – and can finance, acquire or continue developing them together with you.
Projects we are interested in
- Battery parks (BESS) – standalone or co-located with existing generation
- Solar parks – with or without battery storage
- Hybrid projects combining solar, battery and charging
- Primarily in SE3 and SE4 – other price areas are assessed case by case
Useful to include
- Status of grid connection, land agreements and permits
- Planned power (MW) and energy (MWh)
- Timeline and what you are looking for: financing, a buyer or a partner

Good to know
Does it cost anything to register my land?
No. Registration and our initial assessment are free of charge and place you under no obligation.
Who pays for studies, permits and construction?
We do. As the landowner, you make the land available and receive lease income – you do not need to invest anything yourself.
Do I keep ownership of the land?
Yes. A lease means you make the land available for an agreed period, but you still own it.
How long does a lease agreement run?
Battery and solar parks are long-term assets, so agreements often run for many years. The term and lease payment are set based on the project and the land.
Why is proximity to a substation important?
The park has to be connected to the grid. The closer it is to a station with spare capacity, the shorter and cheaper the connection – and the greater the chance that the project goes ahead.
How do I know whether my land is near a station?
You do not need to know. Just give us the municipality and property designation and we will find out.
Which projects do you buy or finance?
Battery parks, solar parks and hybrid projects at every stage – primarily in SE3 and SE4. Send us a brief description and we will get back to you.
